Customer's Right of Returning Goods.

Clients have the right to return any goods purchased, according to Italian law. This right will depend on the buyers being private "consumers", according to legal stipulations - that is, their purchase should not in any way be considered to be for commercial purposes. This is based on the following presuppositions:

1. The client, if a "consumer", has a right to return the goods purchased without specifying a reason and with no penalty within 10 working days of acquiring it, starting from the date of receiving the goods.

2. Any client wishing to return any goods should send, within the stipulated time limit, a registered letter to the offices of Walter Girotto. This can also be sent, always within the time limit, by telegram, fax or email, as long as this is confirmed by a registered delivery letter within 48 hours of the original notice being sent.

3. The goods should be returned in perfect condition - this should include the technical and any other documentation contained within the original packaging.

4. The costs involved in returning the goods to Walter Girotto will be borne entirely by the client who decides to return them.

5. Walter Girotto will refund payment of the goods returned within 30 days of receiving them, less the original cost of transport and delivery to the client.

6. The package complete with the original invoice should be returned to Walter Girotto, via Bachelet 2, 45010 Villadose (RO), Italy.

7. In every instance mentioned above, the client should indicate clearly all the necessary banking details for the refund to be made - the bank, the account holder's name, the account number, the bank sort code, as well as the complete address with postal code.
